Your First Visit

We start by gathering information about your health history and lifestyle so we can consider that when developing a treatment plan.

  • We examine your reflexes, structural alignment, flexibility, and balance.
  • We define a goal and develop a treatment plan for achieving that goal.
  • We provide the first application of chiropractic and/or physiotherapeutic treatment as part of the plan.

We ask that new patients complete our Patient Intake form, so we know as much about your health history and current status as possible before we start working.

Insurance and Billing

Our office is pleased to accept your insurance assignment. As soon as we verify your exact coverage, we will file your claim forms and assist you in every way we can. Please understand, however, that the contract is between you and your insurance company. Patients are fully responsible for any amount that your insurance company does not pay.
